In the mysterious, thrilling, romantic, and suspenseful novel Athena’s Secrets, Athena is a 21-year-old young woman who was born and raised in a family where both of her parents are doctors. In the middle of the night, she walks out through the garden gate and waits for the taxi she has called. But finding a taxi on such a remote, winding road proves far more difficult than she expected.
Just then, a black SUV drives out through the large garden gate, enters the alley, and stops right in front of her.
Bahram is a young, attractive man who had been watching Athena throughout the party. Now he pulls up beside her and offers to drive her home.
Athena is terrified and initially refuses to go with him. But at that very moment, another vision flashes through her mind—an image of the attacker escaping. Without fully understanding why, she finally agrees to go with Bahram.
The proud and mysterious young man gets Athena home safely.
But this is where the complicated relationship between Athena and Bahram truly begins.
Bahram has seen Athena call the police, but he has no idea why. Naturally, he becomes curious and wants to know what happened. Athena, however, refuses to tell him because she knows he would probably never believe what she has experienced through her intuition.
Then Faezeh, a beautiful young blonde woman and one of the friends of Athena’s cousin, goes missing.
Bahram begins pressuring and harassing Athena because he knows that, somehow, she is aware of what happened.
Throughout this gripping and suspenseful story, Athena, as the central character, creates a powerful sense of identification and empathy in readers. They become so immersed in her world that they find themselves wishing they could step into the story and experience the turbulent, complicated love between Athena and Bahram themselves.
Toward the end of the novel, the mystery surrounding the identity of the attacker returns with a shocking and breathtaking revelation, leaving the reader stunned.
